Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final because we sell digital license keys. Once a key has been delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately delete your key, permanently blacklist you from our shop, and restrict access to all OhSo Cheats products, including reseller products.

We also reserve the right to submit a counterclaim for any losses, damages, or fees caused by the chargeback.

In most cases, issues can be resolved quickly. If you experience any problems, please open a support ticket in our Discord server or contact OhSo support directly before taking any other action.
